非标规格圆钢开发及孔型设计优化

摘要 为满足市场客户的特殊需求,开发Φ20~30 mm非标规格的轴承钢。在规格开发过程中,通过对已有相邻规格孔型系统的调整,仅通过放料和成品孔型设计来实现新规格开发。利用公式计算料型尺寸,并增加轴承钢温度修正系数、轧制速度修正系数、钢种修正系数、轧辊材质和加工修正系数,实现料型尺寸的精确化设计和调整。最后,利用最优料型尺寸数据再对理论设计孔型进行参数优化,实现规格开发一次成功。 To meet the special needs of market customers, Φ20~30 mm non-standard bearing steel is developed. In the process of specification development, through the adjustment of the pass system of the existing adjacent specifications, the new specification development is realized only through the blanking and finished product pass design. The formula is used to calculate the shape size, and the bearing steel temperature correction coefficient, rolling speed correction coefficient, steel grade correction coefficient, roll material and processing correction coefficient are added to realize the accurate design and adjustment of the shape size. Finally, the parameters of the theoretical design pass are optimized by using the optimal material size data, and the specification development is successful once.
