摘要
安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司第二炼轧厂炼钢连铸区域工位繁多,包括一个混铁炉、两个脱硫站、三座转炉、四个精炼炉、四台连铸机等。不同的工位可以组成不同的工艺路径,另外炼钢连铸区域还被分成四个跨,分别是混铁炉跨、加料跨、精炼跨和浇铸跨,不同的工位分布在这四个跨中。采用了天车物流智能跟踪系统后,实现了从铁水、废钢进厂到连铸浇下量全过程的物料采集、能源消耗采集、生产动态监控,通过详细、准确无误的数据采集实现了按炉核算成本。同时,生产指挥人员和现场操作人员也可以利用该系统轻松实现对整个炼钢连铸区域的生产过程的实时监控,并可以实现对天车称的远程标定。
The second mill of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., LTD has many stations in the steelmaking and continuous casting area, including one iron mixing furnace, two desulfurization stations, three converters, four refining furnaces, four continuous casting machines, etc. Different stations can form different process paths. In addition, the steelmaking and continuous casting area is divided into four spans, namely, the iron mixing furnace span, the feeding span, the refining span and the casting span. Different stations are distributed in these four spans. After adopting the intelligent tracking system of crane logistics, the material acquisition, energy consumption acquisition and production dynamic monitoring of the whole process from molten iron and scrap into the plant to continuous casting amount are realized. The cost accounting by furnace is realized through detailed and accurate data acquisition. At the same time, production commanders and field operators can use the system to easily realize real-time monitoring of the production process in the whole steelmaking and continuous casting area and remote calibration of the crane scale.
