“互联网+”闭环式营养减重管理模式对超重及肥胖患者减重效果的观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨“互联网+”闭环式营养减重管理模式对超重及肥胖患者的减重效果及体重维持情况。方法 选取2021年1—6月解放军火箭军特色医学中心营养门诊就诊的超重及肥胖患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,中途2例退出,最终纳入试验组40例,对照组42例。对照组采用常规营养门诊管理,试验组采用“互联网+”闭环式营养减重管理模式。干预12周后,比较两组减重效果、人体成分结果及3个月后随访情况。结果 干预12周后,试验组总减重质量、体脂肪下降质量及内脏脂肪下降面积均高于对照组[6.5(3.6,9.2)kg比3.1(1.9,5.1)kg,4.1(2.2,6.9)kg比1.7(0.1,3.6)kg,22.7(9.2,38.4)cm2比8.4(-2.0,18.7)cm~2],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。减重期间,试验组复诊次数多于对照组[6(4,8)次比2(2,3)次],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。减重结束后3个月随访,试验组体质量反弹率明显低于对照组(15.0%比38.1%),维持健康生活方式占比高于对照组(90.0%比69.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相对于常规的营养减重门诊工作模式,“互联网+”闭环式营养减重管理模式能促进超重及肥胖患者减重,并维持减重效果,保持健康的生活方式。 Objective To explore the effect of "Internet +" closed-loop nutritional weight loss management mode on weight loss and weight maintenance of overweight and obese patients. Methods A total of 84 overweight and obese patients were selected from the nutrition clinic of Speciality Medicine Center of PLA Rocket Forces from January to June 2021, and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method. Two cases quited during the course. Forty cases in experimental group and 42 cases in control group were included finally. The control group received routine nutrition outpatient management, and the experimental group received "Internet +" closed-loop nutrition weight loss management mode. After 12 weeks of intervention, the weight loss effect, body composition results and three months followup results of the two groups were compared. Results After 12 weeks of intervention, total weight loss, body fat loss weight and visceral fat loss area in experimental group were all higher than those in control group [6.5(3.6, 9.2) kg vs. 3.1(1.9,5.1) kg, 4.1(2.2, 6.9) kg vs. 1.7(0.1, 3.6) kg, 22.7(9.2, 38.4) cm2vs. 8.4(-2.0, 18.7) cm2], the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). During weight loss stage, the number of follow-up visits in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group [6(4, 8) times vs. 2(2, 3) times], and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). During three months follow-up after weight loss, the body weight rebound rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(15.0% vs. 38.1%), and the proportion of maintaining healthy lifestyle was higher than that of control group(90.0% vs. 69.0%), with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusions The "Internet +" closed-loop nutrition weight loss management mode can promote overweight and obese patients to lose weight, maintain the weight loss effect and a healthy lifestyle compared with the conventional working mode of nutrition weight loss clinic.
