陈绍宏教授活血法学术思想探析

Professor Chen Shaohong’s Academic Thougt of Activating Blood Circulation Method

通过整理陈绍宏教授运用活血法治疗临床瘀血类疾病的临床经验,阐释陈老“久病多瘀、百病多瘀”的学术思想,归纳临床常见血瘀疾病的辨证分型为五大类,即:“气虚血瘀、血瘀痰结、气滞血瘀、寒凝血瘀、血热致瘀”,总结出“益气活血、活血散结、行气活血、温经活血、凉血活血”等治法,结合中风病、肺结节、乳腺增生、脊髓亚急性联合变性、慢性湿疹等案例进一步分析陈教授活血法学术思想,为临床治疗血瘀类疾病提供诊疗思路。

The article analyzed professor Chen Shaohong’s clinical experience in treating clinical Blood stasis diseases with the method of activating circulation,to explains Chen’s academic thought of“Macronoisa with many stasis,all kinds of diseases with many stasis”.The syndrome differentiation of common clinical Blood stasis diseases can be summarized into five categories,namely,“Qi deficiency and Blood stasis,Blood stasis and phlegm junction,Qi stagnation and Blood stasis,Cold coagulation and Blood stasis,Blood stasis caused by Blood Heat”.Summing up the treatment of invigorating Qi and promoting Blood circulation,promoting Blood flow and resolving masses,activating Qi and Blood circulation,warming the meridian and promoting Blood circulation,cooling Blood and promoting Blood circulation,Taking“apoplexy,pulmonary nodules,hyperplasia of mammary gland,subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord,chronic eczema”for example to provide the diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of Blood stasis diseases.
