PVC共聚树脂浆料汽提新工艺的开发

摘要 研究PVC共聚树脂浆料汽提气体VCM残留含量,负压汽提塔的真空度、温度及停留时间对VCM残留的影响,通过对均聚型PVC树脂负压汽提工艺喷淋水供给系统、蒸汽供给系统、汽提塔、汽提装置塔板间距及孔径及真空泵的优化与改进,开发了适合PVC共聚树脂浆料处理的新工艺,解决了PVC共聚树脂浆料回收处理难题,提高了共聚树脂的产品品质。 The VCM residual content of stripping gas of PVC copolymer resin slurry,the influence of vacuum degree,temperature and residence time of negative pressure stripper on VCM residual,through the optimization and improvement of the spray water supply system,steam supply system,stripper and stripper plate spacing and aperture of vacuum pump of homopolymer PVC resin negative pressure steam process,A new process suitable for the treatment of PVC copolymer resin paste was developed,which solved the problem of PVC copolymer resin paste recovery and improved the quality of copolymer resin products.
