摘要
通过对电石法聚氯乙烯乙炔清净次氯酸钠废水来源、主要成分及处理现状进行分析,介绍了乙炔解吸(气浮脱吸、真空解吸)、废水减量化处理技术(多效蒸发、机械蒸汽再压缩、低温蒸发浓缩)、废水无害化(次氯酸钠氧化法、芬顿氧化法)、资源化利用新技术,比较了不同工艺技术的优缺点,企业根据自身废水特征,选择最优工艺组合,达到次氯酸钠废水处理成本最低化、资源利用最大化的目的。
Based on the analysis of the source, main components and treatment status of sodium hypochlorite wastewater from polyvinyl chloride acetylene purification,the acetylene desorption(air flotation desorption, vacuum desorption), wastewater reduction treatment technology(multi effect evaporation,mechanical steam recompression,low-temperature evaporation concentration),wastewater harmless treatment(sodium hypochlorite oxidation method, Fenton oxidation method) and new technologies for resource utilization are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different process technologies are compared,according to its own wastewater characteristics,the enterprise selects the optimal process combination to achieve the goal of minimizing the cost of sodium hypochlorite wastewater treatment and maximizing the utilization of resources.
