程海英教授运用贺氏三通法治疗膝骨关节炎经验

Professor CHENG Haiying’s experience in treating knee osteoarthritis with HE’s three-way method

膝骨关节炎又称退行性膝关节病,主要临床表现为膝关节局部疼痛、肿胀、变形。贺氏针灸三通法在改善膝关节疼痛程度、功能活动方面具有临床特色优势。通过总结程海英教授审因辨经、分期施治思想,并结合国医大师贺普仁教授的学术经验,以“分期审因辨经,法用三通”为特色治疗膝骨关节炎,旨在进一步阐述微通、温通和强通止痛法对膝骨关节炎不同临床病症的取穴和操作方法,为广大针灸医师治疗膝骨关节炎提供参考依据。

Knee osteoarthritis,also known as degenerative knee joint disease,the main clinical manifestations of local pain,swelling,deformation.HE’s acupuncture three-way method has clinical advantages in improving the degree of knee pain and functional activities.This paper summarizes professor CHENG Haiying through trial for distinguishing the treats,staging,and combined with national physician master HE Puren academic experience of professor,with“for distinguishing the trial in stages,with the method of using three links”for treatment of knee osteoarthritis,aimed at further expounds method of Micro tong,Wentong,Qiangtong zhitong in the knee osteoarthritis find under different clinical conditions and operation method.It provides reference basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by acupuncturists.
