基于机务智能终端的机车状态检修技术方法研究

Research on Locomotive Condition Maintenance Technology and Method Based on Locomotive Intelligent Terminal

随着铁路行业的飞速发展,人们对机车的功能性要求越来越重视,近年来机车的检修模式尤其是状态检修主要是基于先进的诊断和测试技术。本文根据各个设备的诊断和检修技术,提出了一种基于机务智能终端的机车状态检修技术方法,以实现各个检测设备间的信息交互和信息化管理,使维修人员可以充分地对设备进行寿命和质量管理,制定合理的维修模式。如此一来,不仅提高了机车的运行效率,降低维修成本,还保障了机车的运行质量。

With the rapid development of railway industry,people pay more attention to the functional requirements of locomotives.In recent years,the maintenance mode of locomotives,especially the condition maintenance,is mainly based on advanced diagnosis and testing technology.According to the diagnosis and maintenance technology of each equipment,this paper proposes a locomotive condition maintenance technology and method based on the locomotive intelligent terminal,to realize the information exchange and informationized management among the various testing equipment,so that the maintenance personnel can fully perform the life and quality management of the equipment,and formulate a reasonable maintenance mode.In this way,not only the operating efficiency of the locomotive is improved,the maintenance cost is reduced,but also the operation quality of the locomotive is guaranteed.
