摘要
风电电力通常无法满足电力系统调峰、调频需要,即在进行电源规划时,从供电可靠性的角度出发,增加风电装机容量时,不会减少常规电源的装机容量。但可按年平均小时数参与电量平衡。风电场向电网输送电能时必须保证一定的电能质量,通常电能质量由频率、电压、谐波、闪变和三相不平衡度组成。
Wind power usually cannot meet the needs of peak regulation and frequency regulation of the power system,that is,when planning the power supply,from the perspective of power supply reliability,while increasing the installed capacity of wind power,the installed capacity of conventional power sources will not be reduced.However,it can participate in power balance according to the annual mean number of hours.A certain power quality must be guaranteed when a wind power generation factor transmits power to the power grid.Usually,the power quality consists of frequency,voltage,harmonics,flicker and three-phase unbalance.
