摘要
在当前的飞机装配制造过程中,设计模型向实际产品传达的环节较多,相关工作人员需要对大量的装备进行装夹定位,从而导致装配过程中的装配协调线路较为复杂。现阶段,为保证装配工作的精度,应用基于模型的定义MBD技术制定相应的装配方案,成为保障零部件与工艺装配之间协调性的有效方式之一。基于此,本篇文章对基于MBD的飞机装配技术发展及应用进行研究,以供参考。
In the current aircraft assembly and manufacturing process,there are many links transmitted from the design model to the actual product,and the relevant staff need to clamp and position a large number of equipment,which leads to the complicated assembly coordination line in the assembly process.At this stage,in order to ensure the accuracy of assembly work,the model-based definition(MBD)technology is used to formulate corresponding assembly plans,which has become one of the effective ways to ensure the coordination between components and process assembly.Based on this evidence,this paper studies the development and application of MBD-based aircraft assembly technology for reference.
