Exploration and Analysis of Key Control Time Periods for Unit Quality

在现阶段卷烟生产管理中,对于机组卷烟质量问题控制主要是依赖操作、管理人员的经验。操作、管理人员不能清晰的得到机组各项质量问题、质量指标的重点波动时段。针对以上问题,本小组决定从MES质量数据,各机组近年来的不合格品追溯数据入手进行分析。找出各种机型、各个机组的质量问题爆发点,以助力管理、操作人员科学、合理的制定整改方案,高效的指导生产过程中的质量改进工作。

In the current cigarette production management,the control of the cigarette unit quality mainly depends on the experience of the operators and managers.Operation and management personnel cannot clearly obtain the key fluctuation periods of various quality problems and quality indicators of the unit.In response to the above problems,the team decides to analyze the MES quality data and the traceability data of non-conforming products of each unit in recent years,find out the points of frequent quality problems of various models and various units,which help management and operation personnel formulate rectification plans scientifically and reasonably,and efficiently guide quality improvement in the production process.
