蒸汽清洗机频繁处于冷水、热水交替状态,金属加热管路热胀冷缩,管路会出现锈蚀、疲劳裂纹现象。针对此现象,为了延长蒸汽清洗机使用寿命,降低成本消耗,技术组在此基础上进行难题攻关,专门制作弯管器,用以加工不同型号、不同材质的异形管件。本设备亦可推广到矿山管路安装使用,提高管路安装效率及加工精度,减轻工人的劳动强度、提高工作效率,有利于井下风水管路架设过程中弯管处标准化架设。

The steam cleaning machine is frequently in the alternating state of cold water and hot water,and the metal heating pipeline expands in heat and contracts in cold,causing corrosion and fatigue cracks in the pipeline.In response to this phenomenon,in order to prolong the service life of the steam cleaning machine and reduce the cost consumption,the technical team has carried out the research on difficult problems on this basis,and specially manufactures pipe benders to process special-shaped pipe fittings of different types and materials.This equipment can also be extended to the installation of mine pipelines,so as to improve pipeline installation efficiency and processing accuracy,reduce labor intensity of workers,improve work efficiency,and facilitate the standardized erection at pipe benders during the erection of underground wind and water pipelines.
