慢性病用药宣教在互联网平台的实践应用

目的:利用互联网平台优势特点,开展慢性病患者用药宣教,拓展药学服务。方法:构建和完善公众号、今日头条号。结果:“荆门药香园”微信公众平台构建慢性病模块。用药宣教话题期间,阅读总量为4563次。今日头条号“荆门药香园”发布文章、微头条,阅读总量为58937次。结论:采用微信公众平台、今日头条号进行慢性病合理用药宣传,通过分析数据调整推送内容,今日头条“荆门药香园”阅读受众人群广。本文主要介绍微信公众号“荆门药香园”开展慢性病用药宣教的方法。通过构建和完善平台菜单模块、药学知识模块、用药咨询模块开展药学服务,并创建慢性病合理用药宣教话题,分析数据调整推送内容,进而实现临床药师对慢性病合理用药宣教的创新。

Objective:To carry out the publicity and education on medication for patients with chronic diseases and expand pharmaceutical services by using the advantages and characteristics of the Internet platform.Methods:The WeChat public account and Toutiao account were created and completed.Results:During the construction of the chronic disease modules and the publicity and education on medication topics on WeChat public platform of“Jingmen Yaoxiang Garden”,the total view number was 4563.For the published articles and micro-headlines on Toutiao account of“Jingmen Yaoxiang Garden”,the total view number was 58,937.Conclusion:The WeChat public platform and Toutiao account are used to publicize the rational use of drugs for chronic diseases,the push content is adjusted by analyzing the data,and Toutiao account of“Jingmen Yaoxiang Garden”has a wide audience population.
