医疗设备质量管理中计量工作的作用及其临床价值研究

Function of Metrology in Quality Management of Medical Equipment and Its Clinical Value

目的:分析医疗设备质量管理中计量工作的作用和临床价值。方法:抽取2019年6月至2021年6月医院的医疗设备2000件研究,观察组进行人为分析设备失误管理,比较两组人因失误和不良事件发生情况等。结果:观察组护理人员、患者和临床医师满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组感染率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医疗器械质量管理中做好计量工作,能够有效降低失误率,提升设备的使用效果,能够为后期的医疗设备管理提供一定参考价值。

Objective:To analyze the function and clinical value of metrology in the quality management of medical equipment.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2021,2000 pieces of medical equipment in the hospital were selected for research,and the observation group conducted the management on equipment due to human error,and the occurrence of human errors and adverse events between the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction of nursing staff,patients and clinicians in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Performing good metrology work in the quality management of medical devices can effectively reduce the error rate,improve the use effect of the equipment,and provide certain reference value for the subsequent medical equipment management.
