探析陕西省西咸新区商事集成注册改革

Analysis on Reform of Commercial Integration Registration in Xixian New District of Shaanxi Province

“互联网+”和大数据技术的发展与应用,为新形势下市场监管创造了更多的机遇。“互联网+”与商事集成注册目前已经取得相应的成果,在我国各个区域开始陆续出现“一网通”以及“企业全过程网络办理业务”和“一网通办平台”等。本文就陕西省西咸新区市场监督管理部门全面深化推行商事集成制度的改革工作,树立“互联网+”理念及思维模式等内容展开讨论。

The development and application of“Internet+”and big data technology have created more opportunities for market supervision under the new situation.“Internet+”and commercial integration registration have achieved corresponding results at present.In various regions of China,“One-Network-Wide”,“Enterprise Whole Process Network Handling Business”and“Unified Online Government Service”have successively appeared.This paper discusses the contents of market supervision and management department of Xixian New District in Shaanxi Province for comprehensively deepening the reform of the commercial integration system and establishing the“Internet+”concept and thinking mode.
