信息技术在事业单位档案管理中的应用

Application of Information Technology in Archive Management of Public Institutions

随着科学技术的不断发展,信息技术已经融入社会发展的各个领域。而在事业单位体制改革的背景下,相关部门更要积极重视信息技术的应用,使之成为建立现代化管理制度的催化剂。事业单位的档案管理工作涉及多方面的元素,具有一定的难度,同时又具有相当程度的重要性。基于此,文章对信息技术和档案管理的概念进行了概括,并分析了档案管理信息化中的困境,最后,从多个角度提出了完善信息技术在档案管理中应用的策略。

With the continuous development of science and technology,information technology has been integrated into all fields of social development.In the context of system reforms in public institutions,relevant departments should pay more attention to the application of information technology,making it a catalyst for the establishment of a modern management system.The archive management work of public institutions involves many elements,which is difficult to a certain extent and also considerably important.Based on this evidence,this paper summarizes the concepts of information technology and archive management,and analyzes the dilemma in the informatization of archive management.Finally,it proposes the application strategy of improving information technology in archive management.
