小型RV减速器几何参数确定与仿真

摘要 目前,在国防军事、医疗器械、航空航天等领域应用小型甚至微型减速器的场合越来越多,针对当前RV减速器结构尺寸较大,提出一种小尺寸RV减速器。首先,在对该小型RV减速器基本结构进行分析的基础上,确定了各零件的尺寸参数,利用SolidWorks软件建立三维实体造型。然后,采用常规的RV传动系统的受力分析与强度校核理论对渐开线行星齿轮和摆线针轮机构进行受力分析与强度校核,并通过有限元分析软件对其进行仿真。最后,对比理论计算结果与仿真结果,得到渐开线行星齿轮与摆线针轮齿面最大接触应力误差分别为5.77%和11.03%,进而验证了理论分析的正确性与结构设计的合理性,为小型RV减速器的后续研究提供理论支持。 At present,more and more small-sized or even micro reducers are applied in the fields of national defense and military,medical equipment,aerospace,etc.In view of the large size of the current RV reducers,a small-sized RV Reducer is proposed.Firstly,based on the analysis of the basic structure of the small-sized RV Reducer,the size parameters of each part were determined,and the 3 D solid model was established by SolidWorks software.Then,the force analysis and strength check of the involute planetary gear and cycloid pin gear mechanism were carried out by the theory of force analysis and strength check for conventional RV transmission system,and the simulation is carried out by the finite element analysis software.Finally,by comparing the theoretical calculation results with the simulation results,the maximum contact stress errors of the involute planetary gear and the cycloidal pin gear tooth surface are up to 5.77%and 11.03%,respectively,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the rationality of the structural design,and provides theoretical support for the subsequent research on small-sized RV reducers.
