我国数字产业发展水平测度分析

Development Level Measurement of Digital Industry in China

本文将我国31省份作为研究对象,从渗透与应用水平、规模与效益、研发能力3个维度开展研究,采用主成分分析法,通过SPSS定量分析获得各省份数字产业发展水平综合得分并排名,得出结论:我国各省份数字产业发展水平不平衡,两极格局显著,呈现出东高西低的不均衡发展现状,多省份处于低水平发展阶段。笔者在文章最后提出发展建议。

This paper takes the 31 provinces of China as the research object,carries out research from the three dimensions of penetration and application level,scale and benefit,and R&D capacity,and uses the principal component analysis method to obtain the comprehensive score and ranking of digital industry development level of each province through SPSS quantitative analysis.The conclusion is that the development level of digital industry in various provinces of China is unbalanced,and the bipolar pattern is significant,the east region is higher and the west region is lower,and most provinces are in the low-level development stage.Finally,it puts forward the development suggestions.
