摘要
本文提出了一种新的系统能效评价方法,解决了空压机耗能严重而影响节能效果的问题,实现了空压机系统节能降耗、提质增效的目标。研究结果表明,通过开展机型选择、系统管理、系统运行可靠性等评价工作,不但可以综合评价系统能效水平,还能够避免能源浪费,对空压机系统高效运行、企业生产成本节约来说具有重要意义。
This paper proposes a new system energy efficiency evaluation method,which solves the problem of serious energy consumption of air compressor and affects the energy saving effect,and achieves the goals of energy saving,consumption reduction,quality improvement and efficiency increase of air compressor system.The research results show that through the evaluation of model selection,system management and system operation reliability,not only the energy efficiency level of the system can be comprehensively evaluated,but also the energy waste can be avoided,which is of great significance to the efficient operation of air compressor system and the production cost saving of enterprises.
