摘要
针对京沪高铁运行过程中继电保护装备故障率的分析,引入DMAIC的质量循环管理流程,建立符合牵引供电系统特性的多元状态评估模型,经过实例分析,该模型可以准确反映进而评估设备状态,可以为运营维护单位提供指导。
In view of the failure rate of relay protection device during the operation of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,this paper introduces the quality cycle management process of DMAIC to establish a diversified state evaluation model that conforms to the characteristics of traction power supply system.The example analysis shows that the model can accurately reflect and evaluate the equipment status,and can provide guidance for operation and maintenance units.
