摘要
为了优化叉车前叉系统,避免叉车工作过程中因碰撞力过大产生的前叉形变量对叉车工作安全性和可靠性的不利影响,本文建立了叉车前叉系统三维实体模型,对前叉系统增添阻尼结构进行了优化设计,并利用有限元分析方法对前叉系统进行了静力学分析。研究结果表明,增添阻尼结构可以减少前叉碰撞位移量,提高了叉车工作的安全性、可靠性。
In order to optimize the front fork system of forklift and avoid the adverse effect of the forklift front fork deformation caused by excessive collision force on the forklift work safety and reliability during working procedure of the forklift,this paper establishes a three-dimensional solid model of the front fork system of forklift,optimizes and designs the damping structure of the front fork system,and carries out static mechanics analysis of the front fork system by using the finite element analysis method.The research results show that adding damping structure can reduce the collision displacement of the front fork and improve the safety and reliability of the forklift.
