高层建筑物主体沉降观测研究

Observation and Research on Main Body Settlement of High-rise Buildings

为了及时掌握建筑物的下沉情况,发现对建筑物不利的沉降现象,及早采取措施,确保建筑物安全使用,需要定期检查建筑物主体的稳定性,了解变形,及时预警,消除安全隐患,尽可能减少损失。本文以某高层住宅为例,论述了高层建筑物主体沉降观测的工作程序、沉降观测(监测)项目及方法、数据处理等方面,分析了建筑物沉降规律。

In order to timely grasp the subsidence of buildings,find out the unfavorable settlement phenomena of buildings,take measures as soon as possible,and ensure the safe use of buildings,it is necessary to regularly check the stability of the main body of buildings,understand the deformation,give early warning in time,eliminate potential safety hazards,and reduce losses as much as possible.Taking a high-rise residential building as an example,this paper discusses the working procedure,settlement observation(monitoring)items and methods,data processing and other aspects of the main body settlement observation of high-rise buildings,and analyzes the law of building settlement.
