摘要
本文通过研究原材料订购和运输之间的关系,运用改进的层次分析法和熵值取权法相结合构建出模型,修正取得最终的权重向量,可以对供应商进行量化排名。根据一些简单的现实约束条件,建立了优先权规划模型和动态规划模型,得出了订购和运输原材料的最优方案。结果表明:该研究建立的模型有较强的稳定性,适用于实际生产和现实生活中的一些简单的订购方案。
By studying the relationship between raw material ordering and transportation,this paper uses the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weighting method to build a model,and amends to obtain the final weight vector to achieve quantitative ranking of suppliers.According to some simple practical constraints,the priority planning model and dynamic planning model are established,and the optimal scheme of ordering and transporting raw materials is obtained.The results show that the model established in this study has strong stability and is suitable for some simple ordering schemes in actual production and real life.
