Research on the Impact of Scientific and Technological Financial Investment on Scientific and Technological Innovation in Anhui Province

摘要 为了探究安徽省科技金融投入对科技创新的影响,本文利用安徽省2002—2019年18年的科技金融和金融创新数据,从政府、企业、资本市场3个角度,借助VAR模型进行格兰杰因果检验、建立回归方程,并进行脉冲响应函数分析来研究变量之间的动态影响关系。结果表明:虽然安徽省各级政府和企业投入对科技创新有着积极的促进作用,省内经济实力的增强有效带动科技创新,但是资本市场投入力度不足,严重阻碍了安徽省科技创新的发展。为此,通过探究安徽省科技金融与科技创新的融合度,为安徽省今后的科技创新发展提供一些借鉴和参考。 In order to explore the impact of scientific and technological financial investment on scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province, this paper uses the 18 years’ scientific and technological finance and financial innovation data of Anhui Province from 2002 to 2019, from the three perspectives of government, enterprises and capital market, with the aid of VAR model, conducts Granger causality test, establishes regression equation, and conducts impulse response function analysis to study the dynamic impact relationship between variables. The results show that although the investment of governments and enterprises at all levels in Anhui Province has a positive role in promoting scientific and technological innovation, and the enhancement of economic strength in Anhui Province has effectively driven scientific and technological innovation, the insufficient investment in the capital market has seriously hindered the development of scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province. This paper explores the integration of scientific and technological finance and scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province, and provides some references for the future development of scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province.
