芜湖市护士科研能力水平现状调查及其影响因素分析

Status and influencing factors of scientific research ability of nurses in Wuhu city

目的:了解芜湖市护士科研能力水平现状,探讨影响护士科研能力水平的因素,为提升护士科研能力水平提供建议和依据。方法:利用一般资料调查表和护士科研能力自测量表对芜湖市2所三级甲等医院550名护士进行问卷调查,采用多元回归分析对影响护士科研能力水平的因素进行分析。结果:护士的科研能力总体得分为(41.15±14.22)分,总均分为(1.37±0.47)分,处于中等水平。多元回归分析结果显示,文化程度、职称、职位、以第一作者或通信作者身份发表论文数量、是否接受过护理科研培训以及是否需要医院组织护理科研培训是科研能力水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:医院应强化护士科研能力培训,建立合理的科研评价机制和激励机制,护理管理者要关注个体差异,采取针对性策略提升护士科研能力水平。

Objective:To investigate the status of nurses’scientific research ability in Wuhu city and its influencing factors,in order to provide suggestions and basis for improving nurses’scientific research ability.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 550 nurses in 2 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Wuhu city by using the general information questionnaire and the self-assessment scale of scientific research ability of participants.Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting nurses’scientific research ability.Results:The overall score of nurses’scientific research ability was(41.15±14.22),and the total average score was(1.37±0.47),which was at the medium level.Results of multiple regression analysis showed that educational background,professional title,position,the number of articles published as the first author or corresponding author,whether they had received nursing scientific research training,and whether they needed hospital to organize nursing scientific research training were the influencing factors of scientific research ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospitals should strengthen the training of nurses’scientific research ability,establish a reasonable scientific research evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism,and nursing managers should pay attention to individual differences and adopt targeted strategies to improve nurses’scientific research ability.
