近年来,分化型甲状腺癌的发病率迅速上升,其治疗的新技术也发展迅速,如何科学、合理、规范、个体化、精确地治疗分化型甲状腺癌备受关注。本文就近年来外科治疗观念的转变、新技术的开发与应用、术后规范化管理等方面进行了综述。

The incidence of differentiated thyroid cancer has increased rapidly in recent years,and new technologies for its treatment have also developed rapidly.How to treat differentiated thyroid cancer in a scientifical,reasonal,standardized,individually and precise manner has attracted much attention.This article reviews the surgical treatment concept transformation,the development and application of new technologies,and postoperative standardized management.
