军事飞行员脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的检测及相关因素分析

Detection of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 in military pilots and analysis of related factors

目的检测军事飞行员血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)水平,分析与其他职业的健康体检者之间及不同年龄组间的变化情况及其相关因素。方法选取147名军事飞行员和140名健康体检者,设为军事飞行员组和健康体检组,并按照年龄进一步分为W30岁、31〜40岁、N41岁3组。采用磁微粒化学发光法检测血清Lp-PLA2;常规检测血脂项目(血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂蛋白a以及同型半胱氨酸)、肾功能项目(尿素、肌酹和尿酸)和血糖;统计分析组间差异和相关性。结果军事飞行员血清Lp-PLA2水平及阳性率与健康体检者相比显著降低(P<0.01)。不同年龄组的军事飞行员间,31〜40岁组血清Lp-PLA2水平及阳性率高于其他2个年龄组(PC0.01或0.05).Lp-PLA2升高组军事飞行员的年龄、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和Lp-PLA2正常组相比偏高(P<0.05,<0.01或<0.001),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇偏低(『=2.451,P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,军事飞行员血清Lp-PLA2浓度随低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油水平升高而增高(P<0.001或<0.05),但是与尿酸水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论31〜40岁年龄段军事飞行员血清Lp-PLA2水平及阳性率相对增高,存在较高的心脑血管疾病风险,需引起关注并尽早采取预防措施。

Objective To detect the levels of serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 in military pilots,and to analyze the changes and related factors in different age groups.Methods A total of 147 military pilots(military pilots)and 140 healthy people normal group were selected to have their levels of serum lipoprotein related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)detected by magnetic particle chemilumine scence.Levels of routine triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lipoprotein A(LPa),homocysteine(Hey),urea,creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),glucose(Glu)were measured.Finally,the differences and correlations between groups were statistically analyzed.Results The level and positive rate of serum Lp-PLA2 in military pilots were lower than those in healthy subjects(PV0.01)but they were higher in military pilots aged 31 to 40 than in those who were younger or older(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Age and levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the Lp-PLA2 elevated group were above those in the Lp-PLA2 normal group(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.01),but HDL-C was lower(r=2.451,P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the serum Lp-PLA2 concentration of military pilots increased with LDL-C and TG levels(P<0.001 or P<0.05),but decreased with the increase of UA levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The level and positive rate of serum Lp-PLA2 in middle-aged military pilots(31-40 years old)are relatively high,suggesting higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which deserves more attention and precautions.
