摘要
目的编制飞行人员集体效能感正式量表,并对其信效度进行检验,为飞行人员集体效能感的评估提供重要依据。方法采用文献分析法和半结构式深度访谈法确定量表的理论维度及内容,经同行和专家修订后于2021年2—4月在某战区对74名飞行人员进行了预测试,得到4个维度17个条目的量表,经检验该量表信效度良好,后扩大样本量,采用随机抽样的方法选取了327名飞行人员作为问卷重测对象,并对其信度、效度(内容效度、结构效度)、共同方法偏差检验等进行检验。结果显示正式量表内部一致性系数为0.947,各维度的一致性系数在0.837-0.897之间,各个项目和总分相关度在0.657-0.800之间,各个维度之间的相关性在0.645-0.739之间,各个维度和总分之间的相关性在0.851-0.892之间,P值均小于0.01;量表中各题项标准化因子载荷在0.649〜0.854之间,各维度AVE值均大于0.5;各维度皮尔逊关系系数均小于AVE的开方值,四因素模型拟合指数良好。结论量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用做空军飞行人员集体效能感的评估。
Objective To design a formal scale for the collective efficacy of Chinese Air Force and to test its reliability and validity so as to provide data for related evaluation.Methods The literature analysis method and semistructured in-depth interview method were used to determine the theoretical dimensions and content of the scale.After revision by peers and experts,the scale was applied to the pre-test of 74 pilots in troops between February and April 2021 so that a scale with four dimensions and 17 items was obtained.The scale proved to be reliable and valid after test before the sample size was expanded.Three hundred and twenty-seven pilots were selected as the subjects of the retest for the questionnaire by random sampling to evaluate its reliability and validity(content-validity,structure validity).Results The results showed that the internal consistency coefficient of the formal scale was 0.947,the consistency coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.837 to 0.897,the correlation between each item and the total score was between 0.657 and 0.800,and the correlation between each dimension was between 0.645 and 0.739.The correlation between each dimension and the total score ranged from 0.851 to 0.892,and the P value was less than 0.01.The standardized factor load of each item in the scale was between 0.649 and 0.854,and the AVE value of each dimension exceeded 0.5.The Pearson relationship coefficients of all dimensions were less than the square root of AVE.The four-factor model had a good fitting index.Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used for assessment of the collective efficacy of Air Force.
