摘要
2021年是老挝人民革命党换届选举年和第九个五年经济社会发展规划开局之年。在政治上,选举产生了老挝人民革命党第十一届中央委员会、老挝第九届国会及第九届政府;在经济上,虽受COVID-19疫情影响未达到政府制定目标,但仍有3%的小幅增长;在外交上,继续施行多边外交政策,以预防性外交为重要指导方针,对外交流成果丰硕。展望2022年,老挝人民革命党将召开十一届四中和五中全会,老挝国会将召开九届三次和四次会议,经济社会将稳定发展,外交活动将持续活跃。
The year 2021 is the election year of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party(LPRP)and the first year of the9thFive-year National Socio-Economic Development Plan(2021-2025).In terms of politics,the election has produced the 11thCentral Committee of the LPRP,the 9thNational Assembly of Laos,and the 9thGovernment of Laos.In terms of economy,there was a modest increase of 3%despite the government’s target was not reached due to the COVID-19pandemic;In terms of foreign affairs,Laos has conducted fruitful foreign exchanges and will continue to pursue a multilateral foreign policy with Preventive Diplomacy as an important guiding principle.In 2022,the 4thand 5thPlenary Session of the 11thLPRP Central Committee and the 3rdand 4thSession of the 9thNational Assembly of Laos will be held to ensure stable economic and social development and sustained diplomatic activities.
