青年是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的主力军。习近平的“青年观”与马克思主义青年思想既是一脉相承又是与时俱进。新时代,习近平以青年发展为着力点提出诸多相关重要论述。一是地位论,肯定青年在社会发展中的作用力;二是能力论,强调青年成长需要提升精神力;三是动力论,要求增强青年成才的多维驱动力;四是价值论,明确引领青年发展的主方向。这些重要论述成为新时代党的青年工作的根本遵循和行动指南。

The youth is the main force to achieve the Chinese dream of China’s great rejuvenation. Xi Jinping’s Youth View is in line with Marxist’s Youth Thought, and keeps pace with the times. In the new era, Xi Jinping has put forward many relevant and vital elaborations with their focuses on youth development, namely, the status concept affirming the youth’s role in social development, the ability concept emphasizing that the youth’ growth needs to enhance spiritual strength, the dynamics concept requiring enhancing multi-dimensional driving forces for young talents, and the value concept clarifying the principal direction for the youth’s development. All the above-mentioned concepts have become the fundamental observance and action guide for the party’s youth work in the new era.
