连铸切割的在线优化

Online Optimization of Continuous Casting of Cutting Steel

摘要 对连铸切割问题建立了最优实时在线切割算法模型,使得切割损失最小、满足用户目标值的钢坯数量最多.该模型的计算量极小、速度极快,可以实现在线实时切割. The real-time online optimal cutting algorithm model is established for continuous casting cutting problem,which minimizes the cutting loss and maximizes the number of billets with target length.The model has low computational complexity,and the calculation speed is very fast,which can realize real-time online cutting.
