摘要
王祥麒教授认为癌性发热起于虚,成于郁,其发热病机与脏腑因虚失能,气机失调有关。其中以脾、肝、肾三脏失养,阳气闭郁发热为主。故治疗上以甘温益气,健脾升阳,养血疏肝,开郁散火,补肾养精,引火归元为主要治法。临证视病机变化灵活加减,收到较好疗效。
Professor WANG Xiangqi believes that cancerous fever is caused by deficiency and develops from depression.The pathogenesis of cancerous fever is related to the incapacitation of the viscera due to deficiency and the imbalance of Qi movement(气机).Among them,the spleen,liver and kidney malnutrition,and Yang-qi(阳气)stagnation are the main factors of fever.Therefore,the main treatment methods are invigorating Qi with sween and warm medicine,strengthening spleen and promoting Yang,nourishing blood and soothing liver,tonifying kidney and nourishing essence,and guiding fire to origin.The treatment measures are changed according to the change of pathogenesis,and good curative effects have obtained in clinical practice.
