摘要
喷膜剂是一种喷雾剂和膜剂相结合的新型剂型,主要用于局部镇痛、抗炎与抗菌等的治疗,可长期给药,尤其适合创口防护;具有携带便捷、给药方便与安全性好等优点;目前该剂型尚未被《中华人民共和国药典》收载,本文将对喷膜剂的质量控制关键技术进行探讨,以期为后续喷膜剂的研究提供一定的参考.
Film spray agent is a delivery carrier with a combination of spray and film agents,which is mainly used for wounds,analgesia,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and other local,long-term delivery,especially suitable for wound protection. It has the advantages of convenient carrying,convenient administration and good safety. At present,the dosage form has not been included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. This paper will discuss and analyze key techniques of quality control of film spraying agent in order to provide a certain reference for the follow-up study of film spraying agent.
