不同采血方法进行血常规检验在临床应用中的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Different Blood Collection Methods for Blood Routine Test in Clinical Application

目的评价在血常规检验中应用不同采血方法对于诊断结果的影响。方法选择临沂市皮肤病医院在2020年9月—2021年9月临沂市皮肤病医院接诊的49例血常规检验患者为研究对象,分别给予采集末梢血检验,采集静脉血检验,比较血常规检验指标。结果静脉血检验的MCH(27.68±7.89)pg、HCT(0.56±0.22)%指标与末梢血检验对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。静脉血检验的RBC(4.79±1.32)×10^(12)/L、HGB(108.54±12.63)g/L、MCV(88.75±5.42)fL、MCHC(322.63±28.42)g/L、PLT(256.65±70.42)×10^(9)/L均高于末梢血检验,静脉血检验WBC(4.86±2.09)×10^(9)/L低于末梢血检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集静脉血检验的采血时间(15.63±1.56)s短于末梢血检验采血时间,静脉血检验的VAS评分(2.65±1.05)分高于末梢血检验VAS评分,差异有统计学意义(t=35.430、85.400,P<0.001)。结论血常规检验中应用静脉血检验和末梢血检验具有差异性,不同采血方法会直接影响血常规检验指标,采用静脉血检验的效果更稳定。

Objective To evaluate the influence of different blood collection methods on the diagnostic results in rou⁃tine blood test.Methods A total of 49 patients with blood routine test admitted to Linyi Dermatology Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.Peripheral blood test and venous blood test were collected respectively,and the blood routine test indicators were compared.Results The MCH(27.68±7.89)pg and HCT(0.56±0.22)%indexes of venous blood test were not significantly different from those of peripheral blood test,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Venous blood test of RBC(4.79±1.32)×10^(12)/L,HGB(108.54±12.63)g/L,MCV(88.75±5.42)fL,MCHC(322.63±28.42)g/L,PLT(256.65±70.42)×10^(9)/L was higher than peripheral blood test,venous blood test WBC(4.86±2.09)×10^(9)/L was lower than peripheral blood test,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood collection time of venous blood test was(15.63±1.56)s shorter than that of peripheral blood test,and the VAS score of venous blood test(2.65±1.05)points was higher than that of peripheral blood test,and the difference was statistically significant(t=35.430,85.400,P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences between the application of venous blood test and peripheral blood test in blood routine test.Different blood collection methods will directly affect the blood routine test indicators.The effect of venous blood test is more stable.
