复方甘草酸苷联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效研究

Efficacy Study of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Famciclovir in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的分析复方甘草酸苷联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法选择2019年2月—2020年2月鄄城县人民医院收治的70例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组35例,对照组给予泛昔洛韦治疗,观察组给予泛昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷。比较两组疱疹干燥结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间、治疗前后患者生活质量评分、疼痛VAS评分、治疗总有效率、后遗神经痛发生率。结果观察组疱疹干燥结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间(5.25±1.52)周、(6.21±0.12)d短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.494、9.731,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者生活质量评分、疼痛VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组生活质量评分(93.45±2.23)分高于对照组,疼痛VAS评分(2.01±0.21)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.950、6.230,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。观察组后遗神经痛发生率(5.71%)低于对照组(25.71%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。结论带状疱疹患者给予泛昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷的治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状,有利于减轻患者疼痛,减少后遗神经痛发生率的发生,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 70 patients with herpes zoster treated in juancheng County People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with famciclovir,and the observation group was treated with famciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin.The dry and crusting time of herpes,the time of pain relief,the scores of quality of life of patients before and after treatment,the VAS score of pain,the total effective rate of treat⁃ment,and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia were compared between the two groups.Results The dry and crust⁃ing time and pain relief time of the observation group were(5.25±1.52)weeks and(6.21±0.12)d shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.494,9.731,P<0.05).Comparison of quality of life scores and pain VAS scores between the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(93.45±2.23)points higher than that of the control group,and the pain VAS score was(2.01±0.21)points lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.950,6.230,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%higher than that of the control group,74.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).The inci⁃dence of postherpetic neuralgia in the observation group was 5.71%lower than that in the control group,25.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of famciclovir com⁃bined with compound glycyrrhizin in patients with herpes zoster is definite,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,and improve the quality of life of patients.
