尤瑞克林联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果

Efficacy of Eurekrine Combined with rt-PA Intravenous Thrombolysis in Pa⁃tients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的对急性脑梗死患者采用尤瑞克林联合重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗的效果进行探究。方法纳入2020年1月—2021年8月单县中心医院收治的92例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方式分为甲组和乙组,每组46例。甲组在入院后单纯接受rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,乙组则在其基础上联合应用尤瑞克林治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果乙组的总有效率91.30%明显高于甲组71.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.845,P<0.05);治疗后,乙组的血浆血小板(38.09±6.22)%、D-二聚体水平(0.31±0.07)mg/L、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(10.20±3.16)分明显低于甲组,日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表评分(83.95±5.08)分明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.830、8.299、4.078、7.091,P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者的治疗中,采用尤瑞克林联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗效果确切,可以有效改善患者的血液指标,还可以改善患者的神经功能,提高其日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of intravenous thrombolysis with uracrine combined with recombinant tis⁃sue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2020 to August 2021,92 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the Shanxian Central Hospital were selected.They were di⁃vided into groups A and B according to different treatment methods,each with 46 cases.Group A received rt-PA intra⁃venous thrombolysis alone after admission,while group B received uricillin combined on this basis.The treatment ef⁃fects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than that of group A 71.74%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.845,P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma platelet(38.09±6.22)%,D-dimer(0.31±0.07)mg/L,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score(10.20±3.16)points in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,Activity of Daily Living(ADL)rat⁃ing scale score(83.95±5.08)points was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.830,8.299,4.078,7.091,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarc⁃tion,the use of uracrine combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis is effective and can effectively improve the blood indexes of patients.It can also improve the patient's neurological function and improve their ability to perform daily activities.
