摘要
妊娠滋养细胞疾病的特征是滋养细胞异常增生,具有侵袭性和增殖性,高糖基化人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)与妊娠滋养细胞疾病密切相关。KAI-1/CD82基因是近年来研究发现的一种肿瘤转移抑制基因,其正常表达可抑制肿瘤转移,尽管KAI-1/CD82在多种恶性肿瘤中的研究已较为深入,但在母胎界面的研究却很少。本文对联合检测hCG、高糖基化hCG、KAI-1/CD82蛋白在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的应用作一综述。
Gestational trophoblastic disease is characterized by abnormal proliferation of trophoblastic cells that are aggressive and proliferative.Hyperglycosylated human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)is closely associated with gesta⁃tional trophoblastic disease.KAI-1/CD82 gene is a tumor metastasis suppressor gene discovered in recent years,and its normal expression can inhibit tumor metastasis.Although KAI-1/CD82 has been extensively studied in various ma⁃lignancies,there are few studies at the maternal-fetal interface.This article reviews the application of combined detec⁃tion of hCG,hyperglycosylated hCG and KAI-1/CD82 proteins in gestational trophoblastic disease.
