基于扎根理论的湘中乡村住宅满意度影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Rural Residential Satisfaction in Central Hunan Based on Grounded Theory

以探讨湘中地区乡村住宅满意度影响因素为目的,基于扎根理论构建乡村住宅满意度理论模型,采用结构方程对模型进行检验和重要性分析。研究结果表明:美观特征对满意度的影响最大,卫生间面积、卫生间数量、客厅面积等因子最为重要。基于村民的关注点和忽视内容,提出利于满意度提升的优化策略,为乡村住宅设计提供参考。

In order to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction of rural homes in central Hunan,a theoretical model of rural home satisfaction based on grounded theory was constructed,and the model was tested using structural equations to analyse the significance of the model.The findings show that aesthetic features have the greatest influence on satisfaction,while factors such as bathroom size,number of bathrooms and living space are the most important.Based on villagers’concerns and neglected elements,optimisation strategies are proposed to increase satisfaction for rural housing design.
