摘要
城市住宅套型中的储藏空间已引起大量关注,而定量研究尚不充足。本研究在82户北京城市住宅入户调查测量和居民面对面问卷调查的基础上,借助分层统计、相关性分析等方法,提出了厨房和套内其他空间使用面积和储藏空间设计值的合理指标。研究既是对已有假设的实证,也能为设计提供量化依据,具有理论和实践双重意义。
Storage space in urban dwellings has attracted a lot of attention,while quantitative research is less complete.This research is based on on-site measurements of 82 urban dwellings in Beijing and face-to-face interviews with the residents.Stratified statistics and correlation analysis were used to propose recommended indicators of usable floor area and storage space for kitchens and main living spaces.The objective of this research is to verify the validity of existing theoretical findings and to provide a quantitative basis for storage space design.
