摘要
调研公共图书馆B站账号运营现状,结合公共图书馆B站视频服务特点,从视频播放、视频发布时间、视频时长、视频主题、视频传播效果五个维度分析公共图书馆B站视频的传播影响力,并以改进的BVCI指数实证对比32家公共图书馆B站账号传播影响力。研究发现,公共图书馆B站视频服务尚处于起步阶段,传播影响力有限,服务效能未充分展现。对此,提出相应对策以提高B站传播影响力并完善公共图书馆新媒体服务体系。
Based on the investigation of the current operation situation,this paper comprehensively analyzes the communication influence of public library from the five dimensions of video playback,video release time,video duration,video theme and communication effect,and also improves the BVCI index,makes a comparative empirical study on the communication influence of 32 public libraries.The study found that video service in Bilibili of China’s public libraries is still in its infancy,the communication influence is low,and the service efficiency is not fully demonstrated.In view of the current situation,this paper puts forward the deepening countermeasures of Bilibili,so as to improve the new media service system of public library.
