摘要
S220威宁雪山至格拉河(滇黔界)公路等级为二级,标段内大部分路段位于低中山地貌、中山地貌、高中山地貌范围,属于地质灾害低易发区,最大可能地避开了地质灾害的危害,但路线仍不可避免穿越山岭区域,依然存在发生地质灾害的风险。对于一个合格的公路工程建设企业,如何通过设计图纸资料给定的框架性方案,结合企业自身的专业技术、管理团队优势,紧密结合现场实地踏勘的各种条件,统筹全局而建造出既能确保工程安全、施工过程质量和安全、运营期等各项指标均达到行业标杆的建设项目尤为关键,所以从工程设计到施工、运行各个阶段都需做好相应的地质灾害防治工作。
The grade of S220 Weining Snowberg-Gela River(Yunnan-Guizhou border)Highway is two-stage.Most sections of the standard section are located in the low and middle mountain landforms,middle and high mountain landforms,and belong to the low-risk area of geological disasters.However,the route still inevitably crosses the mountain areas and there is still a risk of geological disasters.A qualified highway engineering construction enterprise shall construct a construction project which can not only ensure the quality and safety of the construction process,but also meet the industry benchmark through the frame scheme given by the design drawing data,combining the enterprise's own professional technology and management team advantages,and closely combining various conditions of on-site reconnaissance.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in preventing and controlling geological disasters in all stages from engineering design to construction and operation.
