摘要
为提高水务工程(调蓄池工程)施工效率、节约工程施工工期以及材料,以同乐河中游调蓄池及附属设施部分工程为例,分析了盘扣式脚手架在调蓄池主体结构施工中的应用及控制要点,并对比了盘扣式脚手架与扣件式脚手架、碗扣式脚手架的优劣。体现了盘扣式脚手架构造简单、拆装方便、快速施工、周转次数多、节约材料等一系列的优点。采用盘扣式脚手架施工工艺进行同乐河中游调蓄池结构高支模施工,提供了良好的施工作业条件、加快了施工进度,取得了较好效果。
In order to improve the construction efficiency,save the construction period and materials of the reservoir project,this paper takes the middle reaches of Tongle River as an example to analyze the application and control points of disc-buckle scaffold in the main structure construction of the reservoir,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of disc-buckle scaffold with buckle scaffold and bow-buckle scaffold.It embodies a series of advantages such as simple construction,convenient disassembly and assembly,fast construction,more turnaround times,material saving,etc.The disc-buckle scaffold construction technology is used for high formwork construction of reservoir structure in the middle reaches of Tongle River,which provides good construction conditions,speeds up construction progress and achieves good results.
