Safety Management and Control of Construction Engineering

建筑工程普遍存在工程量大、工种多和施工周期长的特性,致使建筑工程的施工安全受诸多因素影响,这在一定程度上加大了安全管理的难度。目前来看,建筑工程中的施工安全事故常发,不仅威胁人员的人身安全,同时还会对施工企业造成大量的经济损失,对施工企业的形象构成不良影响。基于此类问题,需要将促进施工企业的长期稳定发展作为目标,积极开展建筑工程的安全管理工作。在针对建筑工程安全管理中现存的几点问题进行探讨后,提出有效的安全控制措施,以期保障建筑工程的施工安全,促进建筑施工的有序开展。

Construction engineering generally has the characteristics of large quantity,multiple types of work and long construction period,which results in construction safety of construction engineering affected by many factors,which to a certain extent increases the difficulty of safety management.At present,construction safety accidents occur frequently in construction projects,which not only threaten the personal safety of personnel,but also cause a lot of economic losses to construction enterprises,which has a negative impact on the image of construction enterprises.Based on such problems,it is necessary to take promoting long-term and stable development of construction enterprises as the goal and actively carry out safety management of construction projects.After discussing several existing problems in safety management of construction engineering,this paper puts forward effective safety control measures in order to guarantee construction safety of construction engineering and promote orderly development of construction.
