摘要 工程项目由于建设时间、地点、交通运输条件、外部市场、周围环境、资金来源及业主、监理、设计单位的不同,差异较大。外部因素通过全面风险识别与评价,采用风险控制、风险转移、风险共担和风险自留等手段,使项目风险始终处于可控状态;内部通过量化管理,提高工效、降低材料损耗、提高机械设备利用率、杜绝返工;通过软件、BIM建模等网络化协同办公,提高工作效率、节约资源、降低成本;通过建章立制、制定清晰明确的指标标准、评比考核,充分全体人员的积极性和创造性,创造较好的项目效益和品牌。 Due to the differences of construction time,location,transportation conditions,external market,surroundings,sources of funds and owners,supervisors and design units,engineering projects have great differences.By identifying and evaluating external factors comprehensively and by means of risk control,risk transfer,risk sharing and risk retention,project risk can always be controlled.Internal factors can improve work efficiency,reduce material loss,improve utilization ratio of mechanical equipment and eliminate rework through quantitative management.Networked collaborative office such as software and BIM modeling can improve work efficiency,save resources and reduce costs.Through the establishment of rules and regulations,the establishment of clear and definite index standards,evaluation and assessment,the enthusiasm and creativity of all staff can be fully improved,and better project benefit and brand can be created.
