新产业工人工资拖欠难题分析及解决措施

摘要 建筑领域新产业工人工资拖欠的问题一直存在。重点分析问题,对症下药解决拖欠问题。如何实现“天下无欠薪”,任重而道远。2019年3月起,我国实行了“实名制”,就是建筑施工总承包企业使用的劳务班组务工人员实名制纳入企业管理范畴,对所使用的建筑务工人员实名制管理负总责,实施有效管理,确保新产业工人工资及时发放,无工资拖欠问题。 The problem of wage arrears among workers in new industries in the construction sector has persisted.It is very necessary to focus on the analysis of problems and solve the problem of delinquency in practice.There is a long way to go to achieve the goal of"No Back Pay Under the World".Since March 2019,China has implemented the real-name system.It refers to that the real-name system of workers in service teams used by the general construction contracting enterprises is brought into the scope of enterprise management,and they are responsible for the management of the real-name system of construction workers used and are effectively managed to ensure that wages of workers in new industries are paid in time without any problems of wage arrears.
