城市水环境工程EPC模式下项目技术管理实践与创新

Practice and Innovation of Project Technology Management under EPC Mode of Urban Water Environment Project

以东莞石马河某EPC项目为例,分析项目实施过程中主要面临的技术管理难题,从勘察设计与施工有效衔接、现场摸排与成果数据整理、设计图纸管理、施工组织(方案)管理、现场技术支持、经营技术管理、人机料管理、信息化技术应用等技术管理方面进行了总结和分析,形成了城市水环境工程EPC模式下项目技术管理创新方法。

Taking Dongguan Shimahe EPC Project as an example,this paper analyses the main technical management problems faced during the implementation of the project.This paper summarizes and analyses the effective connection between investigation design and construction,field layout and results data arrangement,design drawing management,construction organization(scheme)management,field technical support,management of operation technology,man-machine data management,application of information technology and other technical management aspects.An innovative method of project technology management under EPC mode of urban water environment project has been formed.
