摘要
极化磁系统由于体积小、重量轻、功耗低等优点被广泛用于星箭电磁继电器中。目前关于其参数优化大多根据经验与仿真结果进行,缺乏理论依据,优化周期较长。首先基于等效磁路建立极化磁系统吸力矩统一计算模型;接着分析0 V吸力矩特性曲线特点,得到永磁截面积与0 V释放位置及吸合位置处吸力矩的关系,以及0 V吸力矩特性曲线过零点位置的调整方法;最后,依据分析结果对桥式极化磁系统进行结构优化,仿真与样机测试结果表明优化后结构能够满足各自的优化目标。研究成果可为继电器电磁系统的参数优化与可靠性提升提供理论依据与优化方向。
Polarized magnetic systems are widely used in satellite and rocket electromagnetic relays due to their small size, light weight and low power consumption.At present, the parameter optimization of polarized magnetic system is mostly based on the experience and simulation results.The optimization cycle is quite long without theoretical basis.Firstly, the unified computation model for the electromagnetic torque of polarized magnetic system is established according to the equivalent magnetic circuit.The characteristics of electromagnetic torque curve under zero volt are analyzed.The relationship between the cross-sectional area of permanent magnet and the electromagnetic torque at 0 V release position and pick-up position is obtained.The adjusting method for the zero crossing position of electromagnetic torque curve under zero volt is achieved.Finally, the bridge polarized magnetic system is optimized by the above analysis results.Simulation and prototype test results show that the optimized structures can meet the respective optimization targets.The research can provide the theoretical basis and optimization direction for the parameter optimization and reliability improvement of the relay electromagnetic system.
