健康视角下绿色低碳社区设计研究

RESEARCH ON GREEN AND LOW-CARBON COMMUNITY DESIGN FROM A HEALTH PERSPECTIVE

在当下全球资源越来越紧张、气候不断变暖的情况下,绿色发展已成为当今科技革命和产业变革的主流。此外,随着居家时间的增长,使大众原本对居住概念的理解也发生了巨大的改变,以绿色为主的健康居住已被人们所认可与重视。以绿色发展为主线,践行绿色建造理念,全面深入地推进绿色低碳社区,是城市发展的必经之路。文章以绿色建筑为切入点,通过对居住区绿色住宅建筑、公共建筑、低碳社区规划和景观设计、低碳社区的运营管理研究,运用实例研究、对比分析、多学科综合研究等方法,探索了绿色低碳社区的设计策略,建立了新的人居思想和观念。以期推动社区发展的更新迭代,为接下来的社区建设和改造提供一定借鉴和参考。

Global resource supply is increasingly tight,energy consumption is increasing,carbon emissions and climate warming,and other issues have attracted great attention around the world.Green development has become the mainstream of today’s scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.At the same time,with the growth of home time,the original value of living has changed and subverted,and the concept of healthy living has gradually become popular among the people.Taking green development as the main line,practicing the concept of green construction,and comprehensively and deeply promoting green and low-carbon communities are the only way to urban development.Based on green building as the breakthrough point,through to the residential area of green residential buildings,public buildings,low-carbon community planning and landscape design,low carbon community operations management research,using the case study,comparative analysis,methods of multidisciplinary comprehensive research,explores the design of green low carbon community strategy,established a new habitat,thoughts and ideas,to promote the development of community update iteration,It provides a certain reference for the following community construction and transformation.
