摘要
文章通过分析总结现有医疗自助终端的几类界面设计,归纳信息架构和功能布局等要素,通过相应的任务实验分析在不同设计下老年用户的行为状况和完成时间等客观指标以及主观满意度的主观指标,根据这些数据分析老年人在使用医疗自助操作系统时的视觉规律和行为动向,并提出设计思路。通过研究,以期完善医疗自助终端触控界面的适老化设计,提高老年用户使用医疗自助终端的频率。
This paper analyzes and summarizes several types of interface designs of existing medical self-service terminals,summarizes elements such as information architecture and functional layout,and analyzes objective indicators such as behavioral status and completion time of elderly users under different designs and subjective satisfaction through corresponding task experiments.Subjective indicators,and based on these data,the visual laws and behavior trends of the elderly when using the medical self-service operating system are analyzed,and design ideas are proposed.Through research,it is expected to improve the aging-suitability design of the high-end touch interface in medical self-service,and increase the frequency of elderly users using medical self-service terminals.
