榆林市0-3岁婴幼儿家长托育需求现状调查研究

Investigation on the Family Needs of Care Services for 0-3 Year-old Children in Yulin City

全面二孩、三孩政策实施后,家长对婴幼儿托育服务需求是近年来社会研究的热点。通过对榆林市304名0-3岁婴幼儿的家长进行问卷调查及5名不同社会层次的家长进行访谈发现,榆林市托育机构数量较少且分布不均,托育服务的内容和形式较为单一,托育机构的师资力量和资质条件较差,因此,无法满足家长对于托育的需求。研究建议,为促进榆林市托育事业的持续健康发展,应加大榆林市托育政策支持力度,增加托育机构的数量;根据榆林市家长不同的托育需求,拓展托育服务的内容和形式,优化托育服务的结构;加强对托育服务的监管,出台一系列托育服务标准和规范,保证托育服务的质量,从而满足家长对托育服务的需求。

After the implementation of the two-child and three-child policy,the demand for child care services has become urgent,which is a heated social spot to study on in recent years.Through a questionnaire survey of 180 parents with children under 3 year-old in Yulin city and interviews with 5 parents at different social levels,this paper found that childcare centers in Yulin city are inadequate and unevenly distributed,some with poor services,some with unqualified personnel and poor qualifications,which cannot meet the social requirements for the nursery institutions.The study proposes the introduction to supportive policy,the increase to the number of nursery centers,the optimization to the structure of childcare services,and the issue to relative standards and norms,so as to meet the needs of society and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of childcare services in Yulin city.
